We recommend having your house power washed every 1-2 years to help prevent or control mildew. Over time dirt and mildew can build-up on paint and decks, making them appear older. Power washing is the answer for people who do not need a fresh coat of paint but would like to revitalize their surroundings. After power washing a deck, we recommend it be sealed or stained for a lasting appearance. We use Clorox, Dawn, JoMax, and TSP products to cut through grease, remove the dirt, and kill the mildew. Power washing bids are available over the phone or email; just include the square footage of the area to be power washed and the location.
